When Karina, founder of  Luna Jade Salon came to me, she was feeling disconnected from her current brand. The problem was her original brand was created around a business owner who was still working towards becoming established, instead of a brand that reflected the high-quality salon that they had become. Her visuals said beginner while in reality, she has grown into a salon owner with a skilled team offering specialty services like blonding, extensions, and curly hair care. She was in need of a full transformation and thats exactly what we set to work to do. We uncovered her vision: to be the trusted, go-to salon for clients seeking expertise they couldn’t find elsewhere. With that direction, I crafted a complete brand identity, custom website, and launch strategy that positioned Luna Jade as the established salon it had already become. Today, the brand aligns with the exceptional  and personalized client experience they provide. Karina’s team feels united under a brand they’re proud of, and the website now supports their future growth as a leader in specialty salon services.
